If you need any assitance with your purchase, we're here to help.


All Chef James’ products have been designed and created to the highest quality standards. If you are having an inconvenience with any of our products, please let us know so we can help you out. Please hold on to your product and reach to us with the number on the label of the product. You can contact us via email or through our platforms (Instagram, Bussiness WhatsApp and our website) and tell us about your case. We’ll review your comment and help you find the best solution. 


Regarding returns and/or refunds, please notice that:


You will have 30 days prior to the delivery to get a refund if it’s returned as it was oppened (You must have the receipt or proof of purchase). We will pay the return shipping costs if we own the mistake (incorrect or defective item). All refunds related to returns that are not a result of our error will have the original Shipping and Handling fee removed from the total refund amount. You will also be responsible for the return shipping charges when the product returns to our warehouse. 

Please notice that, considering some of our products are edibles, if any of our flavors or components is not of your taste, or have any medical condition towards any of the components, we can not make any refund about it. 

If the situation comes from quality, labeling, or any other particular case please contact us here: 

SHIPPING CHARGES: If the shipping charges are parte of the return of a product, they will not be refundable (both to and from Chef James). You are responsible for the costs of shipping and/or the risk of losses from it, having its charges removed from the refund (if the case applies).  


SCENARIOS


Damaged items: If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items: Unfortunately, items cannot be refunded if they don’t respond to the regular price from Chef James website. 

Digital products: Understanding that some items (like the E-Books) are a digital product, we do not issue refunds for them if the order was placed and confirmed. If you didn’t recieve any of the products, please contact us for immediate assistance. 

Address Problems: Chef James’ products are sold on many avenues such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc. If the shipping address is mistaken in any of our platforms (this includes wrong apt/house #, wrong street, etc.), we can’t give you a refund. Please take your time to review all of your shipping information on any platform you set up a purchase 


CHANGES IN ORDERS


  1. MAY I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER IN TRANSIT?

If the order is both processed and in transit, you must do it directly to the shipping company to make any changes. Chef James doesn’t take responsibility in mistakes made by late-time changes on address in any platform (please notice this may take an additional fee for you). 


  1. MAY I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN EXISTING ORDER ?

If the order was already processed and has not been shipped, any changes of the address has to be madre through the cancelation of the order and placement of a new one with the updated address. This will charge you with a 3% fee for cancellation of orders. This helps us and the client to be protected against scams.  


  1. MAY I CANCEL MY ORDER ON AN EXISTING ORDER IN TRANSIT?

We are very sorry. If your order is already in transit we can’t help you to cancel it. Once the order is accepted and shipped by the delivery companies we can’t modify it or cancel it.If you want to apply for a refund, you may return the package on its original condition and follow the protocol stated on this policies.  


Once the package arrives and is reviewed by our warehouse team, we will process your order for refunds and our Costumer Service team will contact you.
